Read on lind the guys that used the 10" Todds cycles bars did not have and issue with changing cables with on 10" bars. Sttobk csble length was fine
Best i can tell clutch and brake line are two tight. hand controls will not reach the bar mount. Figure there is some basid step i sn missing but cant tell.
I wouldn't have enough stock cable for mini apes. I could probably get away with a 2 to 3 inch riser spacers. I'm currently running 1.75 risers with the stock setup. Mini apes, I doubt anyone has done that. ( can only speak for a breakout )
Its a 2014. I purposely got the 10" because i read the 10" did not need new cable or wires. Now that i need new cables i woul have preferred the 10". Now i will have to remove the exhaust to get to the clutch.

Oh well.
Send the 10" bars back and get the ones you want then.
I know for a fact that a narrow 10" bar and stock height risers work on a Slim or Fatboy with only a brake line change. Have done this mod using 10" Todd's strip bars at least four times. You usually have to reroute them a bit
Your facts seem true. 🤗 I got the clutch side on okay. Appears rest of electric, throttle and idle will make it to. Hope so, brake line no. Looks like i need ablout 4" to be safe. Going to order a Drag Spec. It will look stock.
So happy i do not have to drop the exhaust. Woo hoo .
Its wierd but people i know that have a bike will say the mini Apes look pretty cool.
Friends i have that do not own or ride will say they like the stock bars. ...hmm😏
