Harley Bug remover then Novus 1. (follow Bug Removal directions). But I just tried Starbright Ultra View marine grade plastic window cleaner and polish and was impressed. Marine stuff is usually high quality and this was no exception. think what a saltwater boat with isinglass (plastic window canvas) has to go thru and you will try it. Plus it is cheaper than bike stuff by far per use. I've had boats for 35 years and just never used it till yesterday...... I'm getting old.
I use regular old Rain-X windshield cleaner - the orange stuff. It works fine and makes rain bead up and roll off at speed. $2/gal on sale. I just transfer some to a spray bottle and use a soft cloth - works like a charm. You can use all that "special" crap and throw your money down the toilet, but it won't get your windshield any cleaner or make your windshield last any longer. (But it will make some Company richer and you poorer.)
BTW, I've been using Rain-X on vehicles for 35 years, so it's proven itself to me, and it's the same type stuff they use on airplane windshields.

Yep, the orange Rain-X rocks, used it on my old Heritage and still use on all my autos. Even use it on the light lenses and glass. It's cheap and it works
