Default black or chrome ft end?

I've done a crude black ft end with boots in a paint program but it gets the point across. Would you guys go with the black or chrome ft end?

They both look good. I think I would base the decision on if you are staying with those wheels or if you are changing to a different wheel and if so, what wheel.

If I had to choose, black lowers and chrome uppers simply because I like contrast.(the lower picture)

I would black out the lowers but leave the sliders chrome. Adding the boots would then be up to you, I would personally. I agree with prot about having contrast.

Oh I'm keeping the chrome spokes, I've got about 3k into them, haha! The bottom set up is what I have now, I also have chrome tripples. My thoughts are that the boots are a little more old skool? Here's a better picture of a Breakout with the black ft end...

Personally I think the blacked out thing has been so overdone it's boring but to each their own.

Then I would black the triple trees and leave the tubes chrome. Boots would look cool and they do keep your fork seals clean. That's a sharp bike too.

Me too,
with the theme you have on the rest of the bike chrome sliders and black trees would work well.

BTW your bike looks awesome!

If you are asking about the boots, I don't like them. When I see boots like that I think vintage British bike

Chrome would balance better than an all black frontend. Those boots don't match your style of bike, just my .02.
