Default My Slim (Then and now(
Started with this:

Changed out the bars to 12" Road 6 Customs and put a Corbin solo on. Those two changes made a huge difference. What do you think?

It looks good and I'd say you got the 2012 for a good price, no? Idea for your next mod, "Go Phat on the rear and chop that fender"

The new seat probably adds a lot to making the ride more comfy. I would've kept the the previous bars, though.
