Got clobbered by a pebble today that was kicked up by a vintage British wannabe bike. If I had me 3/4 on I would either have lost a tooth or possibly worse. Thank goodness for the full face. The flying bugs are bad enough but rocks. Pretty much done with anything other than full face.
For those talking about issues with fitment, wearing glasses, no peripheral vision, look up this guy FortNine on youtube. He does a ton of helmet reviews, very detailed reviews. He talks about many aspects, pros and cons of a variety of helmets covering all those issues. I decided on the HJC RPHA Max. You can find them on sale right now since HJC has a new Modular coming on in April 2018, the HJC RPHA 90 I believe it's called.

You're right, FortNine has some good info in his videos.
This is the Full Face I have been wearing for the past few years. Hanging off the side of my (now traded in) Sporty
Offers the best of both. Normally I just wear it with sunglasses for airflow, but on very hot, or very cold wet days I use the snap on old school visor that it comes with. It's also full fibreglass/carbon so quality and weight is superb.
It's a XG100 'Devon', very comfy to wear and looks great.
