Very old thread.

Sometimes weak battery will reveal weak starter clutch. Or vice versa.

I have never touched the throttle on fuel injected bike like OP does I always thought you were not supposed to
Probably best to start new thread or keep searching

Check for pin hole leaks in the fuel hoses inside the tank.
Do a search on it, it does exactly what your problem sounds like.

My 2007 would stall when tank not full.

How does hole in line effect hot start only .Not disagreeing but curious.

Suggested putting fuel pressure gauge on it.

Myself, I had 50k miles so figured just replace everything in tank. Pump and lines.
