No Start 07
Turned on the key, bike in neutral, turned the run switch to on, waited for the fuel pump light to go off, hit the start button the engine would not turn over.
Went through the routine againand it started.
Aside from the negativebattery cable being loose and wires on the starter loose is there anything elseto check, could the key not have been in the on position all the way. Any ideas?
Got to work and shut it off tried to start again it poped right off.
Not boing able to trust the bike is a bad thing.

It was cold, turned over no problem after work yesterday, just got on it this morning to go to work and nothing when I hit the start button.

Similar experience with my '04 while on a recent trip, which I reported on here earlier. Make sure that miseraable little white molex plug going to the starter selenoid and hiding behind the oil lines on the right side hasn't worked loose. It gets intermittent and then eventually quits all together.
I had similar problem with my 93. I first thought it was in the kill switch. Cleaned it up, tested , no problems. Turned out to be the main circuit breaker. If the '07 is anything like '93 there are 4 breakers under the seat. The main is obvious. They should all read low, like 1 ohm, But my main tested out at 11.6. No problems since I replaced for $4.
