Sissy Bar
Every Saturday at my local HD store they have breakfast (coffee, sandwiches, and cakes) A few months ago my 11 year old daughter said she wanted to ride with me one Saturday to the Harley Store. This was the first time she rode with me or on a motorcycle. Now she is hooked and she wants to ride more. She has been riding with me a lot since around town, but she wants to ride with me on longer trips. Before I do this with her I want to buy a sissy bar, if anything to make me feel better. Im looking for something removable. Seems Harley thinks their sissybars are made from gold. Its not always you get what you pay for. You guys have any leads on where to find a good reasonably priced sissy bar? Thats not too ugly?

I have been told that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When I wanted a backrest for my Springer, I just did an online search and found a great looking backrest from one of the sponsors here at HDF. Maybe if you checked them out you might find a backrest that looks good to you also.

JP cycles has a nice small QD backrest for about 200. You'd need docking hardware as well but it's not overly expensive.

Isn't it awesome when the little ones love to ride with you? I've got a 9 and 11 year old. Both girls. Both love to ride with me anywhere I'll take em.
