I had my compressor fail and they asked me to send in the complete unit. They paid for the shipping out to them and sent me back a whole new system with updated connectors.
I have nothing but nice things to say about SS crew.
I purchased SS just before xmas, and even with the busy post it arrived in just under a week. Now I am the UK and I thought long and hard about going down the air ride route and I always try and do as much research as I can when buying something i know very little about. The reviews I've read about SS have out weighed any others hence why I went ahead with the purchase. If I do happen to get a problem then I feel assured that it will be dealt with fast and efficiently so I have only words of praise, I will report on riding quality when i get it back out on the road but its snowing raining windy salty dirty roads here, and I am only now bolting it all back together after a busy winter transforming my bike.
Sorry to tell you, but this is not correct. Legend Suspensions actually provides lifetime warranty (to the original buyer). Pls see their warranty note
I have purchased 2 SS for 2 softails (2008 - DLX and 2003 - FatBoy).
The 08 SS (installed in 2015) was not holding air (would drop while riding in 2017). Contacted SS and they sent me a completely new shock in less than a week. They stood by their warranty and I was happy. I had no issues with this new SS and have since sold the bike to a buddy who also hasn't had any issues.
The 03 (installed in 2016) just had its first issue 2 days ago and JD got on the phone w/me to help diagnose the issue which seems to be the valve that sends air to the shock. The valve mounts behind the compressor and in front of the splash guard. I had to remove the splash guard to get to it. They are sending me a new valve as we speak. Once I get it back together, I'll reply again.
