IF THE BIKE RAN FINE PRIOR TO THIS HAPPENING, YOU HAVE A LEAN SPIT OCCURRING DUE TO INTAKE LEAKAGE OR SOMEHOW THE MAP IN THE POWERCOMMANDER GOT CORRUPTED.
There really isn’t rocket science going on here...IT’S THE BASICS!
Proper diagnostics will certainly reveal the issue. You still haven’t got to a qualified mechanic IMO.

Do away with all the electronic garbage and tuning then go with an S&S Super E carb and a screwdriver.
