My Night Train road ok and I adjusted stock shocks to smooth it out some. Bought the Harley tool pretty cheap.
I lowered my Night Train with Progressive 422 w/RAP. My stock shocks were ok but I wanted it lowered and adjustable. If you buy these, do not order heavy duty, get standard duty. I had to adjust mine to get it to ride better but it is still not a soft riding softail! I think this is a good compromise v the expense of air ride if you decide to purchase new shocks.
Okay folks, this is great information and I'm comfortable to move forward. I'll adjust height first to see what I get, adjust ride second if I need to and budget for new set third.
Thanks much.
Jim
