Dipstick:
Pre ride check I get a reading midway between ADD and FULL.
After a ride and engine has cooled off for a couple of minutes the reading isn't as clear cut as before with pre ride check.
It actually is closer to the ADD line as opposed to pre ride check.
Question is : Shouldn't the pre ride oil reading be lower on dipstick as opposed to the 'accurate ' reading with engine warmed?
That is, shouldn't dipstick show a need for oil during pre ride and show a closer to FULL reading after a ride?
