Default Forward Control reach

I'm 5ft 115 pound female, I've ridden various Harleys as well as Metrics, Im picking up a 2007 Softail Deuce tomorrow and am concerned about forward control reach. Can someone comment as to the comparison to say a Fatboy? I haven't ridden a Deuce before.

The reach is the same unless extended forward controls were added.

Welcome to the Forum from Colorado!
You may end up with a reduced reach seat.

You're getting it tomorrow and you didn't test ride it?

Ground clearance 4.8", stock seat height 26.8". Only you are going to figure out your comfort. Given the stats you should be fine but probably on your tip toes at a stop. Do consider a different seat just for the comfort. Custom seats give you the choice to sit lower, farther back, higher, etc.. other avenues to choose once you get settled in on the bike.
EDIT: Yes, welcome to the forum, introduce yourself next time around

The deuce is a bit of a reach compared to the fatboy. I think you'll be ok, but your legs will most likely be at their limit when riding

You would probably benefit from a "reach seat" that lowers the rider an moves you forward an inch or two. With one of those I think you'll be ok but might want to swap the plain pegs out for some "mini footboards". I put some on my V rod an they made my feet feel solid at highway speeds.

here's what I went with:

If I wear you I'd go for mid mount controls and lower the bike some along with a diff seat. But you will figure it out tomorrow
