Anyone tried these?
For me, I felt like I could not get a good fit no matter how many adjustments I tried. If I had the right length, I felt my legs were too high. Also, it comes w/ clevis pins, so the pegs are slopped more from in to out (hyper-extended) thus making it feel like my feet were going to slip off. This could be remedied by using bolts instead of the clevis pins, but with the height issue, I didn't want to take a chance on messing these up for return. My other issue was trying to get everything tight enough to not slip, which I could have also remedied w/ additional locking washers, but again, this would not help w/ the height adjustment.
Overall, the quality was very good, though. Very solid parts and good instructions. Just didn't work for me.
i don't want any that sit high. i'm looking for something that the pegs will be just past the floor boards.. thanks for posting back, it helped.
1. Use Kuryakyn 4503 Chrome Long Right Angle Highway Peg Mounts (4.5" long)

2. Mount to downtubes using Kuryakyn 1000 Magnum Quick Clamps

Installed on a bike:

Thoughts in general? also, what could I use between downtube and clamp to prevent the clamp from marring the downtube? (inner tube? electric tape? )

Net though.. I purchased and didn't care for the fit. My brief review from above:
Got them today and had them on for about an hour.. took them off and am returning.. the company is top notch and are allowing a return even though they were mounted on the bike. Unfortunately I didn't see this so didn't snap a pic.

I will be trying the Kury solution, as I don't see HD having a solution that fits my requirements. If you know of an HD solution that I might have missed.. let me know
