I am hopefully picking up a 15 slim in the next few weeks and had a question about the flood boards.
I am coming from a sport bike so the minimal lean is slightly concerning on the slim. Does switching to a forward control setup help with this. I also just dislike the look of the floor boards personally.
Any suggestions/recommendations on options to replace the floor boards?
I wasn't a fan of the floorboards either when I bought my '13 Fatboy. Bought the forward control kit from HD and I'm really happy with it. Scraping the floorboards got old fast. I still occasionally will hit the pegs, but rarely happens.
Same here josh I raced sportbikes for 12 years and my legs hate the obstruction and bend of legs on floorboards. I have the Harley ones on my wifes Fatboy and I run Accutronix on my streetglide. Definitely makes a difference on her fatboy.
