I'm surprised that it's a Harley brand. I don't know why; I just assumed it was an aftermarket.
But I removed it. The seller included another (also aftermarket) seat I like better. The one above is about 17 inches wide and this one is about 15. This one is WAY more comfortable to me. I'll probably get a Mustang studded at some point. It's 14 inches and should be about perfect.

I also don't have a cable system to make a 900+ pound (stuntman plus bike) drop into a 180-pound drop. I saw a documentary on that recently.
I hope you're right about a couple of weeks from now. As crazy as it may sound, I think the narrower seat will give me a touch more confidence. I haven't ridden it again because I don't yet have insurance or a tag.
