I would like to get some feedback about a Softail Deluxe I have my eyes on! It's a 2008 and it has 23,000 miles on it! The bike is super clean and you can tell it's in great shape and well cared for! What's your thoughts on this? What should I be concern about if anything?

Not high mileage at all, my 2008 Heritage has 20k, bought it at 14k. Absolutely flawless in mechanical performance, 96 cubic inches and more than enough power for me. The deluxe is a beautiful bike!
Hell I have put 23,000 miles on mine in the last 22 months alone. As long as they are taken care of and maintenance isn't neglected there should be no worries.
