Just saw an immaculate 2008 Softail Deluxe on the showroom floor. Many quality chrome add ons, leather bags, and very clean. I went brain dead and forgot to check the mileage. If it's below 20,000 miles, what do you think would be a fair price?

I have seen alot of 2008 softail deluxe's for sale in that range. I have actually seen quite a few of them for less than that. Some of had next to nothing for miles. Check out ebay and i promise you will find many listed from 12k -15k.

Too much for a four year old bike (12's are out now) in my opinion. But the dealers seem to sell them eventually. So what do I know?

For another three grand or so you can buy a new one.

I'd have to agree with you. As for any extras, if it was a trade in the dealer didn't give the guy anything for them. He gave him NADA trade in at the most.

I paid $17,000 for a 2012 with the 103 motor and the two tone paint with a two year warranty. The dealers will charge you $1,500.00 for a warranty on a used bike. Do the math, a new bike is a better investment. Good Luck.

$13.5K tops unless the mileage is less than 5K, then maybe another $500. Does the bike have the extended warranty? The warranty can be signed over to the new owner and is worth something if in place.
