what are the wheels off of? the 2011 wheels will have 25 mm bearings...you can find 3/4" bearings to fit the 99's axle...I was going a swap with my 99 fatboy before I traded it in, I was only doing the front an I picked up a set of 25 mm to 3/4" axle reducers...I'll send em to ya for the cost of postage, I think they were like 15 bucks on ebay...you'll need 2 sets if changing both wheels. you might need new wheel spacers too since you have the last year of the timken tapered bearings...some guys prefer those to the new sealed but I don't think it matters.

fyi there are tons of very knowledgeable guys in the EVO section.

OK. I think the dyna wheels have a different width hub so you would need a pulley spacer, you might have a bolt on set.

I just remembered the hubs have a ring that the pulley rides on an the rotors ride on...they increased the diameter of the ring I think in 2000 so you will need newer rotors front an rear an either a newer pulley or an adapter. If the wheel has a 150 tire it might fit but it will need a small spacer between the pulley an wheel. a 140 or "mu" tire will fit.
