It will probibly be different for everyone, I had a pain in my right shoulder blade durring long rides with the stock bars. These bars have a little longer pullback and my pain is gone. Be warned though, they were a pain in the a$$ for me to internaly wire, the HD streetslammers have a larger hole to thread the wires through and rubber gromets too I believe. They are more expensive though. For me the ride is 100% better than with the stock bars.
