Default Torque Specs 2016 vs. 2017

I'm looking at a 16 or 17 Heritage. I can only find 2 differences on the HD website compare bikes page. One is the apparent addition of a cruise indicator light on the 17 vs. the 16.....

The other is an improvement of about 2 ft. lbs in torque from 16 to 17. I find no differences other than that....

Anyone have any insight?

Thanks!

On which fastener(s)? I can't say that a change in torque spec is necessarily an improvement. There could be other reasons why the MoCo made the changes. For example, a change in the size or spacing of the fasteners, etc.

"cruise indicator light on the 17 vs. the 16....."

If I am not mistaken (let me know if I am) the 16 and older Heritage did not have Cruise (as standard equipment).
So there would be no need for the indicator (again unless I am wrong).

I am curious if the 17 Deluxe has cruise (I am thinking it may not).
It looks like they stripped it.
The 16 & 17 Deluxe came with cruise (standard equipment).

I have enjoyed the heck out of the standard cruise control on my 16 Heritage. Used it all the way to Vegas and back.
