I mounted up the Bassani Road Rage 2-1 exhaust this evening, as usual with Bassani, fit and finish are top notch, I was very impressed with the quality of the chrome. It should should sound real nice now that I’ve installed the Torque Cam. It would have been nice to hear it with the stock cam to compare but oh well.
My paint will be here any day, probebly tomorrow.
Then I’ll need to load the bike up and take it about 100 miles to have it tuned.
Have a Great Thanksgiving everyone!
Looks good rich. Nice little power adder to with that 2 in to 1. After looking at these cam charts posted in the catalog, I am a little confused. Just seems so strange that on the 114 the HP cam does absolutely nothing but yet on the 107 it is impressive gain per the chart they show. I would be very interested to see your dyno sheet with hp and tq when you het it tuned, if your willing to share.
Are you referring to the graphs on page 572 of the catalogue? The gains seem to be just as good on the 114 charts as the 107 chart (although the TQ and HP cam lines seem to be mixed up on the 114 graphs)
Why do you think the HP cam does next to nothing??

Because if your statement right there where you said they have the HP and tq cam mixed up possibly. Your the second one to say that so his dyno results will be able to possibly prove that. Now with the current graph they show, yes the HP cam does give a little performance gain but not as much as % gain on the 107.
If what you say is true about the graphs being switched on the 114 for tq and hp cam, then that would make sense
Agreed it's mixed up on the 114 graph, otherwise the torque cam would be giving much better results in both HP and TQ versus the HP cam. Not that a cam can't do both, but you'd have zero reason to consider the HP cam if the graph is accurate.
