Ape hanger cable lengths?

Ape hanger cable lengths?
Hi guys, can you guys who did the work yourselfs as far as putting ape hangers on a Softail Deluxe tell us what cable lengths you used for what size bars?

I have 16's,I used + 10" on the the throttle and Idle cables.For the clutch cableI took a measurement along the route that I was running the cable and bought one that length,this can vary.I did the same for the front brake line.I have aftermarket calipers and the line attaches in a different location than the stock caliper,hence about a 3" difference in the length of the line.

I just put on Arlen Ness 18" with a built in 1" riser I went +8 on everthing and it was perfect. Probably could have went +10 for the brake cable though. I'll post pics later
