The Fatbob ones specify they are "cat-back" and EPA compliant since that model has the cats in the header.
The other model for the rest of the Softail line make neither claim I'm assuming because they won't replace the cat in our factory muffler.

I would love to see and hear these on a Heritage. What other supporting mods are they suggesting?? Are they plug and play or is Stage 1 suggested?

I just bought a set of these 3.5" Reinhart slip-ons for my 2018 Heritage from my local Harley dealer, but it'll take a few weeks for them to arrive. I'll post back when I get them. Dealer said "probably" no tune necessary, but we'll see how they perform with the stock ECM and go from there.

I ordered the ones with the slotted tips through fuel moto. (Way cheaper!) Rinehart told me id have to tune, RCX told me theirs ran good stock tune. I went ahead and bought a power vision from fuel moto as well since I'm upgrading intake as well.
