You stated that you installed a RAM mount on the right side so you would only have to add weight to the left side to balance out the bar. No TBW on the left side.
I used part#56266-09 for the risers and part#94451-05 for the top clamp. Per the HD website it fits your Heritage, but you might need longer Brake clutch Throttle wire, I lucked out and mine were long enough. Good luck. Surdyke HD had the best price I could find.
jkinner, I have a pair of Chubby risers just like those. Did you keep the stock handlebar bushing? Did the dealer install or did you? If you did, what did you torque the riser bolt to?

I had the dealer do them, They put in new bushings (neoprene) stiffer with chrome cap washers since they are now visible, stock risers covered them, these do not.
