Nice bike love the 2bros, but as cvaria always says something’s wrong with the sound on these photos!
I would recommend a tuner as HD’s come lean from the factory EPA and all that plus you can probably get it to run better anyway, I believe that the dynojet power vision has 2018 compatibility since the M8 has been out for a while now. Check fuelmoto.com
Dealer told me that Vance and Hines makes a tuner that’s plug and play and auto tune feature, at least till they make one for the 2018. Any thoughts on that? Looking for an affordable option that won’t cost me $500 plus.

Fp3’s have good reviews, they utilize your smartphone for the interface, not too sure on the intricacies between the two though.
But the powervision via Fuel Moto is only $399.
Tell them what bike/mods you have and they will load a custom tune for you and you can have a better base for the auto tune. Plus they have a double warranty and support https://www.fuelmotousa.com/series-1...OY%20S%20FLFBS
I really like the Fat Bob. If it came from the factory with mid controls, cruise, and a larger tank I'd be picking one up. Great looking bike, totally new design, I really think they're awesome looking. Looking forward to what mods you do and how it turns out. Congrats!
Five years ago, I wouldn’t even look at “forward controls”. Now, I wouldn’t own my Fatbob if it had mid controls. The controls on the Fatbob are a nice compromise, not too far forward like the previous generation, and not so far back that would crunch older knees.
Nice. I just bought the same bike. Do your shoulders get in the way of the mirrors?
I just picked up a FatBob 114 yesterday. I rode it home, into the garage, and IMMEDIATELY took the mirrors off. I exchanged 'em for a set of Long Stem Tapered mirrors that I had from my last bike.
Which is a long-winded way of saying that yes, the stock mirrors are awful and really only give you a view of your arms.
I did that but there is a company called Krator that has mirror extensions you can use to flip the Im pretty sure you can use them to extend the mirror upward too
I had Krators on my last bike (in combination with the long-stem mirrors) and the combination was perfect. I'm hoping that I won't have to add the Krators to the Fat Bob, but time will tell if just the long stems are satisfactory. If you're running the stock mirrors, the Krators are a very inexpensive way to lift 'em about an inch and move 'em outboards about two inches. That may be enough to make the stock mirrors serviceable, I don't know though because my Krators stayed on the last bike when I traded it in.
I recently added the Krators to my FATBOB and it seems to be effective from seating on it in my garage but I haven't had the bike out before of the cold weather...

Yep, just bought the Vance and Hines Fuelpak3. FP3 is made for the 2018, however, their tech support says that they pulled all the maps for it due to a faulty engine on their test FB. I’m running an Autotune on my set up right now.
Saw it on amazon for 309 and revzilla price matched it
Auto tuning for the TBR exhaust
The connection is not under the seat, its in the box to the left of the bike
