I purchased a 2018 Heritage Classic (107) about a month ago. I immediately began my quest to add to the bike, such as vented windshield, fork attached wind deflectors, crash bars/highway bars, etc.... I saw where one vendor (wont mention name) advertised wind deflectors that are similar to the HD wind deflectors (fangs) so I purchased a set that was to be painted black. After almost two weeks and hearing nothing about mt order I emailed the vendor only to find that the parts will not be available until sometime in January 2018. The vendor never mentioned in his ad that this part was not available and that it would be January before it was. My whole point in this is just make sure when you order parts etc.., that you are aware of how long you may wait to get the part(s). I should have inquired as to whether the parts were currently in stock. To make matters worse this vendor has already charged my credit card. With the new line of Softails anything you order from vendors may not be readily available.

Welcome to the Forum wantube. This act on the vendor's part was willful and deliberate. Demand a refund and pursue it. Your credit card company should be able to reimburse you. There is no reason accept this type of treatment. I had this happen with an expensive audio amplifier once and my credit card company had my money taken off the card within 24 hours after my complaint. I'm getting real tired of dirt bags...
I removed the "Fangs" from my '14 Road King before trading it in, did a little redrilling on the Fangs after some measuring, installed them on my new 114 Heritage. Not 100% happy with the way they look but they work beautifully. Will keep them on until HD comes out with a set of '18 Softail specific black powder coated Fork Leg wind deflectors.
