Softail Alarm blows fuse ????

Softail Alarm blows fuse ????
I have a weird one I need some help with. I have a 2011 softail with the factory alarm with no problems except during start up. (Once you get it started you can ride 100's of miles)
Here are my tests:
1) Turn Ignition on and immediately bring the bike upright (Fuse will blow)
2) Turn ignition on and wait for alarm light to go out then bring the bike upright (fuse will not blow)
3) With bike on jiffy stand, set off alarm by bumping the bike. (Fuse will blow)
You would think the alarm horn unit is bad but…
4) With the bike upright (on jack), set off the alarm by bumping the bike. (Fuse will not blow and alarm will sound for as long you want)
5) Unplug the alarm horn unit and repeat tests 1-4 (Same results for all tests)
I'm thinking the TSSM unit went bad sitting on the jiffy stand over the winter, but I truly have no idea.
Has anybody seen this kind of behavior before?

Full disclosure, the last thing I put on the bike was shotgun shocks.
