Exactly, When I ordered my kit it was new for '07 and not combatible with earlier models.

Ah right - appologies my bike is a 2005 EFI so thats why I could do it without taking the tank off!!! Wonder why HD made the throttle body and manifold all one part ?????

Didn't end up doing it last weekend as it has been raining hear non-stop for 2 weeks ... so much for the drought they've been going on about for 3 years. Your help will be invaluable I am sure when I get stuck into it today. Much appreciated!

Forget the dealers here in Australia. They have next to nothing in stock and quote 1 month to get it in from the states. I have given up on them and import the stuff directly now. May keep that in mind for the next time the tank has to come off.
