Looking to mount recently purchased '02 Road King Classic leather saddlebags on my 2011 Deluxe. A forum member directed me to Cyclevisions in a different thread. They want nearly ten times more than an eBay company. I don't know yet who the manufacturer is but that is huge price difference. Any one know if the Cyclevisions is ten times a better product? I don't mind paying to avoid headaches, but I'm not Santa either.
It would help if you posted links to each bag that you are considering so we can compare the products. How can we tell you if one is worth more than the other if we don't know what the products are?
Anyhow, what I like about CV kit is the bag fit is somewhat adjustable. The brkts the bags att to float so you can adj them up,down, fwd back etc. Plus they make the fillers for that gap btwn the bags and the fender. They also make saddlebag guards.
RKC bags look GREAT on a Deluxe.

Didn't think to do that but it is the brackets that I'm inquiring about. If someone has had the experience I don't think they would need the links as they had already used the product. Definitely will look to be more detailed in my posts to make it easier to get the advice that I seek. Thanks for the reply.

I have seen them on a Deluxe and obviously I agree. Adjustable is great but if the $37.95 brackets do the job and I can do without the benefit of adjustable when the price is $300. Thanks for the reply!
I did leave out that I wanted brackets out of original post. Sorry for the confusion. When I get the details from eBay I will be able to ask a better question.
