I seem to be having an issue with my new as of July HD battery. My HD 750 MA charger is connected constantly, however for the last month, all I’m getting is a alternating yellow green flashing light. The manual says this is due to sulfated battery?? Really the battery is brand new??
Bike is 2009 FXSTC

My Deltran Battery Tenders usually last 7-10 years of constant use, but I have had two go bad in a short period of time (I dropped one on concrete so that probably shouldn't count).
My batteries usually last 4+ years, but I've had a couple go bad in short order...
I'd test the battery. If it tests OK, I'd replace the battery tender.

There are three possibilities:
1. The battery tender is bad
2. The battery is bad
3. The battery is sulfated
Actually, the battery is not brand new. It's been sitting on Harley's shelf for an unknown length of time and you've had it for seven months. Maybe it is sulfated. Do you have a battery charger with desulfation mode?
If yes, desulfate the battery and see if the situation changes. If not, the cheapest solution may be to return the battery to HD for another new one. It is under warranty. If there is still no change then I would buy a new battery tender.
Take the Tender in and have it checked to see if it is working properly. Have your battery checked to see if its taking a charge and holding a charge. Most Batteries Plus stores will do that for you and I've never been charged anything for that service either.
