everyone is like 2-3 weeks out for a rear caliper including Harley Davidson.. wtf LOL except HOG-PRO a sponsor here
guess ill get my wheels from them and rotors when I recover since they were f'n cool on the phone with me.
I got like 50 off the fronts list price and 40 off the rear price..and 40bucks next day air(tomorrow will be here)
after these brakes, all i need are the wheels and rotors and a pully
(bars, cables, controls, grips going on as soon as they get here this week along with the new brakes tomorrow(at least rear)so 1500.00 per wheel.. 3k, rotors 1k or so..
and a pully 400.00... got 4500.00 to donate ?
oh new tire for front..if going out to an 18 or so..I screwed my rear caliper up ;P and the one part thats not serviceable by HD....
anyways I went to a dealer to see if they had the part or the bottom of the brake.. no dice..
and the 175.00 caliper(black) is back ordered for 3 weeks
so why not upgrade
spent time on the phone with Hog Halters and they wont have the rear in for another 2 weeks
and PM brakes are also back ordered on the rear...
so I called around to dealers.. and told HOGPRO the part numbers to PMs rear I need and the Hog Halters and they had the PMs
so i have a ride in less than 2 weeks and a few smaller rides in between so I ordered em to get here asap(tomorrow) heh

it goes around the axle and there is a little pinch screw(allen) that grips the little tab on the bottom of the swing arm
it was really simple..
1. remove debris guard, belt guard
2. remove pin, and take axle nutt off (and no you dont have to mess with the belt adjusting bolts..even if the manual says you do)
3. Unloop the belt on the pully...support the wheel then
4. tap out the axle...it isnt very anti-seze coated so it might be a little bitch..
5. roll the tire out of the swing arm
6. loosen the brake wheel (rotor) and slide the PM brake onto the rotor.

7. torque the rotor back on per spec...
8. roll wheel back to the swing arm.
9. coat axle with anti-seze
10. push axle through with respective spacers..
11. push the belt on the pully back on.
12. put the axle nut back on, torque it(have to hold the other side of axle) and put pin back in
13. since you didnt remove the belt adjusters, the belt should be fine
14. hook up your brake line and bleed the brakes..
15. put back ur belt guard and debris guard..
16. go for a ride...

Now I see you are going to put them on the front. What are you planning on attaching them with? Tyraps.
I was trying to save you some possible grief. Their calipers don't seem to take kindly to over tighting the front caliper mounting bolts.
But i guess it wasn't needed.
ya torque em to spec.. first about 80% of their torque
then the min torque then about middle of the low and high of the toruqe
each time you need to reset the torque wrench (hah if u know my post history i have a nice story on that one) if its a click wrench
should be very simple... simpler than the rear
