Interesting. I have an early '06 Heritage Classic with the 8 degree injectors, but have never had the slightest problem with rideabilty. Guess I just lucked out. I go on the theory that "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

I suppose you have to look at the VIN number to determine the production date? That's too bad because I have a neck collar on mine. But for argument sake I can get a ruff idea if my bike falls into that time span by asking when does Harley start and end production years?
If you have your Insurance papers it should list your VIN if you need it.
