Try and check the diagnostic codes. Check out Law Abiding Biker's diagnostic video. https://www.lawabidingbiker.com/harleydtc/

BREAK-IN RIDING RULES (Page 322018 Softail Owners Manual)

The First 500 Miles

The sound design quality materials and workmanship that are built into your new Harley-Davidson gives you optimum performance right from the start....

To allow your engine to to wear-in its critical parts, we recommend that you observe the riding rules for the first 500 mi. (800 km)

1. During first 50 mi (80 kn) of riding, keep the engine speed below 3000 rpm in any gear blah, blah

2. Up to 500 mi. (800 km), vary the engine speed blah, blah...Engine speeds UP TO 3500 rpm in any gear is permissible.

3. drive slowly and avoid fast starts at wide open throttle until the engine has warmed up.

Just looking at your statement and looking at the break-in specs I'm pretty damn sure you should not be running to redline at all before your 1000 mi service let alone doing a burnout....and if you take it to the dealer I sure wouldn't state to them what you stated in the thread.....I know your new to HD's but you need to remember these aren't high revving in-line four's...I'm hoping that only maybe something minor kicked on the CEL bu doing the burnout.
