I haven't tried looking in the dash yet but my left signal indicator does not lite up. It is a 2012 fatboy is the bulb something I can replace in a auto parts store.
This is likely corrosion on the LED circuit board of your tell tale light cluster from poor design and water intrusion. You can try taking it apart and carefully cleaning it with electrical contact spray and a toothbrush, but in all likelyhood it requires a new cluster which comes as a subloom.
Had this on the 14's and 15's, maybe the same crap design goes back to 2012 as well? I found the High Beam also stopped working. There is a pic in this old thread.

Go in under the centre console, the strip of 5 LEDs are in a plastic housing attached to the console cable. From underneath, there are 4 plastic fangs holding the little plastic box in place - a gentle squeeze and pull will release the box. Then push the wire through the grommet to poke the circuit board out of the box.
I've had the same problem for a few months now on my '09 Deluxe and have ignored it. Thanks for inspiring me to search for a solution! There are a few posts on the forum stating the indicator light assembly is not serviceable - if one LED is inoperable, the whole assembly must be replaced. Some people have replaced the assembly, others replaced the dash console, and some tried DIY projects. I still have some research to do, but here are a few of the posts:
Here's a schematic for a 2012 Fatboy (96ci) showing WIRING HARNESS, INSTRUMENT CONTROLS (72657-12) for $98.99. Not sure if you can simply replace BEZEL, INDICATOR LAMPS (68112-99A, $6.99), but the other posts indicate it's all soldered.
Second time mine went one of the capacitors had been damaged ...again because of the ribs on the plastic box ...stupid design and really cheap circuit board I managed to salvage a surface out capacitor about the same physical size of an old computer modem board.
If you have an idea about LED/resistor/capacitor circuits, can follow the circuit tracks, and are handy with a soldering iron you can probably fix it ...otherwise you have to buy that part of the harness (there will be a white label on it somewhere? with the part number on it)
If it is the left indicator and the blue high beam indicators that are out, I bet it's the same bit of track I had my first problem with.

Note: that Bezel Indicator lights is just the top plastic cover with coloured windows ...the little box with the circuit board is soldered to the wiring harness #28 in the parts fiche
See if you can take a decent picture of the component side of the board??

Thanks for pointing that out. I was looking at my assembly and there was corrosion (since removed) on the left side of the circuit board where the turn indicator is; there's not much there to prevent water from getting in. As you stated, the circuit board is soldered so I'll be ordering a new assembly soon. Here's a photo with all lights illuminated, minus the left since it's inoperable.
This photo may be different than Bikerpipes assembly since I used the part number specific to his bike in my reply. My indicator is a different part number.
