Default 2001 Fatboy and Softail interchangeable parts.

I have a Fatboy that needs a new rear and front fenders. I found a nice 2001 Softail tank an fenders set. Does anyone know if a 2001 Softail FLSTI tank and fenders set fits my 2001 Fatboy carb. Thanks to you all HD forum members.

I think the front tire is a different size which knocks out the front fender. But I believe that the tank and rear fender will switch as it is the same frame and drive train.

This is is off the top of my head without any research.

Those years (not sure of the models) some were fuel injected while others had carbs, the carb & FI tanks are NOT interchangeable.
