I've never had the moisture issue in the winter, but the outdoor humidity levels are usually fairly low in the winter, less than 50%.

Waving a heat gun over the lens for a couple of minutes will clear it up... for a while at least.
Funny that I should see this today. I brought my cluster inside to change the LED indicator array, and since reinstalling it, I've had condensation under the glass of my Speedo/Tach combo. Today, I hit it with the heat gun, and it cleared it up pretty quickly. It's still cool here, so it came back a bit, but not as bad as it had been. Gonna see what happens the next few days.
