Le Pera Silhoutte 2up Gel

Anyone have one of these seats? I am thinking of replacing my stock seat and wondered how this seat was on long rides?

I don't have one.. but read a few posts about the gel getting hot when out in the sun and keeping the heat in for some time.. may want to search on the forums to find those posts.

Thanks for the reply. I have seached threads on several forums, but not much luck. I just thought somone might have one, but I guess not.

I have a Le Pera Sorento with what's called "air gel". It is not supposed to get as hot as the regular rider's gel. The folks at Le Pera recommended it since I live in Virginia and ride the bike down to the Carolinas and Florida. It still gets hot after sitting in the sun awhile - but nothing that has bothered me. It does feel good in the winter though. Just my two cents - but I haven't found it to be a real issue.
