I'd just check the bulb. One of the filaments might be busted.
If that does not turn out to be the problem check your grounds especially if you have changed your light fixtures. Had this happen on my custom dynamics turn signals. They came with the grounds paired incorrectlly on one of the lights, runing ground switched with blinker ground.
Peruse the forum. There are forums for each line of bikes; Softails, Dynas, Touring bikes, etc. Yours is a Touring bike but you posted in the Softail forum.
Now, as suggested, swap the left bulb with the right one. If the problem follows the bulb then you need a new bulb. If not then post back and we can offer the next suggestion. You also have to provide details regarding your issues. We aren't looking over your shoulder. When you say the "right one acts a little wierd" what exactly do you mean?
When I turn the ignition on the right signal indicator flashes a couple times and only the right one, all the signals light up but when I hit the left turn signal it will not blink, I switched lamps and still does not work, I'm going to clean the contacts in the socket to see if corrosion may be at fault.
