Can one tell me exactly what is covered in a stage one mod and possibly the cost from a dealer? Oh, yeah, one more thing. I'll be adding SE pipes as well. Thanks.

Stage 1 is free-flowing air cleaner, new exhaust or slip-ons, and ECM download. Prices depend on what you want and whether you do it yourself or have the dealership do it. Recommend using the search button at the top. There are a ton of posts on your question. Good luck.
