Do you have an Owner's manual? That would tell you where the fuses are located. If not, you can find it here. You will need your VIN.

92 harley fatboy flstf

Yes I do have a owner's manual and I looked through the whole manual and it says that there are no fuses just resistors. I did find the reset **** for the bike at J&P Cycles website.

They're circuit breakers not fuses, they reset themselves but do fail. They are 26 years old.
