What's She Worth???
Well, I write this post with eternal sadness in my heart. I made a promise with my old lady years back that when we have a kid I will sell my Harley.
She's due in 6 weeks and is cashing that check.
Looking for honest answers. I'm in central Texas so riding season has a lot left this year. What can I ask and expect to get? Posting on Craigslist unless someone has better advice.
Thanks in advance!!!

Market it saturated with used bike right now so be ready for low ball offers and/or sitting on it for a while...It’s @ buyers market right now, not a sellers market, unfortunately for you.
Will you return when they are older (or have you approached that subject) I did (could not stay away).?
Congratulations on the up and coming birth of your first child, kids are wonderful.
I am in the grand kids stage of life and loving it.
Perhaps you should trade it in on a minivan? Go back to being the cager!
I get it, though..... riding is inherently more dangerous than a car, and your wife wants you around to help raise the young 'uns. I was lucky, didn't start riding til I was 44, with a wife 10 years older than me....and the kids are moved out with kids of their own. Phew.
You'll be there again before you know it, sir!

Yea the wife is in the medical field so she is convinced of my inevitable demise should I keep the bike. The Harley's paid off, but we could always use the extra cash and the monthly budget space not paying for insurance will free up.
I most definitely will return some day. I'm in my early 30s now. I'm thinking late 40s I'll be back.
