I'm a fan of the PowerVision tuner by Dynojet. Get it form FuelMoto (a forum sponsor) and you'll get life time maps and support from FuelMoto, as well as DynoJet.
It's a full function flash tuner, that you could also leave hooked up on the bike as a set of gauges. If you decide you want a professional dyno tune, you should be able to find a good dyno tuner who uses the PowerVision tuner. Or you can get a canned tune form FuelMoto or DynoJet, flash it to your bike, and then run a few auto tunes to dial in your VE tables to the tune..
If you get another bike, for a $200 fee, you can add it to the tuner. If you sell this bike and buy another bike, for a $200 fee you can add your new bike to the tuner. Got a good friend who needs a tune, for a $200 fee you can add his bike to your tuner... you get my drift...
Hi all
looking at some fuel tune options and looking for your experience and recommendations.
had a quick search on v&s fp3 option that costs near 7-800 dollars.. quite frankly I think its a bit of a rip off.
has anyone gone with more cost effective way?
A Vance & Hines FuelPak FP3 runs around $350.
Where are you seeing it for $7-800?
