Hey guys. Had to buy a new indicator cluster (comes with the harness also) because two of the LEDs were out. Installed new one, now my Neutral light is always on and the cluster and speedo are blank. Neutral light is on even with the bike off. 2012 FLSTN

I hate to be Capt. Obvious, bit if everything worked before your install.... there is a problem with the install.

You either connected something wrong, have the wrong part, or the wrong harness.

I'd recheck the part numbers for proper application/compatibility, and then check your work...

Electrical stuff can be a pain, Good luck with the repair....

 

Checked all that, reinstalled the old harness. Now it has the same problem. Guess I'll head to the stealership next.

 

You may have nicked one (or more) of the wires during the install? if they are grounding then the light will stay on. Or a bent pin in one of the connectors.

Carefully check the harness for damage before getting the dealer involved. It may be relatively simple to resolve
