LED strip front turn signals
Hey all,
I know there are a few different threads on here, but nothing I can find that really addresses the differences in brightness between LED makes.
I'm looking at all three of the following to stick on my Slim as I'm not a fan of the bullets. I know some are out there that are white run/amber turn, but only looking for ones that are just amber. I know that there are other options, Custom Dynamics, etc... but only looking for this style.
I'm hoping those that have them can tell me how bright the following are, and if you feel less safe after putting them on. The two wire/three wire doesn't matter since of the three of them, Big Al makes a three wire, and I can get an adapter from Badlands that will make the two wire ones work as a run/turn.

Sweet, that's exactly the type of response I'm looking for .. .thank you and keep them coming.
Those look real similar to the Thunder Bike ones, but about 1/3 the price. With the Badlands adapter they'll work as running and turn, which is what I want, and still a lot cheaper than the Thunders.

I know you don't wont the DRL, but you could wire the blinkers only if you like. I like how wide this signal is compared to the others.

I've got these on my 14 Slim & they are great. Very bright as driving lights. I am waiting unitl they make them for the 18's+ so I can put them on my Fatboy. I Love them, really clean up the front v.s. having the bullets hanging off the bars.

I have the Heinz ones and they are plenty bright enough. I have had comments on them from other riders saying that they are very visible.
You can also get them in a three wire version with a built in white LED position light.

I appreciate all of your responses. I wasn't ignoring you guys, but I've tried twice to do a multi quote back and I get a message that says my post has to be approved by a moderator and for whatever reason it isn't getting posted. I'll try it a different way and hopefully the third time is the charm...
Mike - this is the Badlands intensifier I'm looking at. It will make the two wire turn signals function as running lights.
JW - I like those Leverz, and actually I do want the DRL function, but I don't like that the ones on those are white. I do really like how wide they are though, just wish they were amber for both functions. I know, picky picky, but I like what I like ;-)
Felix - I like how bright they are, but want to stick with amber for both DRL and turn signals. The other issue is that I've got a QR windscreen and don't think they'd work with the spacers that are on the forks.
