Default Replacing Plugs ???

Do you really have to remove the fuel tank on a 2018 Heritage to change the 2 plugs on the right side? I don't think it's a big deal to remove it, but just wondering if there is a way around it?

Loosen with socket, then remove with this tool, install in reverse.

What changed that makes it so difficult to remove the plugs? They're easy to remove on my Heritage..

Edit: Wait a minute. You said the right side, not the left. What plugs are you talking about? Spark plugs?

It's possible to loosen the tank, and pivot it out of the way, but if you're going that far another minute or two will have it completely off the bike. A nearly empty tank makes it easier. I also use this tool to pull stubborn boots. The right side plugs are recessed, making it difficult to get a finger grip on the boots.
