Default Thunder Monster Baffle Installation

I am getting ready to install my Thunder Monsters and have a question? When you guys mounted the Baffles 6" in the pipes, does the front baffle start 6" from the end, or is the rear of the baffle 6" from the end of the pipe.

Hope I explained this well...

When I spoke to the guy at BCT, he said to drill the hole 6" from the end of the pipe (not including the end caps or heat shield). You can install the baffle with the lollipop towards the front or back, but you should utilize the threaded hole in the baffle that is towards the back regardless of the lollipop orientation. Hope that makes sense.

Oh, he also said the tone will be deeper if the lollipop is towards the motor.

Wonder if this will effect the mapping with my Fuel Pak. Want a deeper sound than the big radius gives
