Yep Yep.
A set of bars will do wonder for any shoulder pain.
You will learn to find multiple positions on the pegs for your legs.
The seat...well....it's hard to retain the low slung back look of the Train AND have a comfy seat.
Your tolerance will build......in my case...the pull back bars made a huge difference.
