Hey yall' I have a 05 Night Train looking to get a new seat. Right now i have a Mustang Run around, it sits super low which i like but boy is it uncomfortable after 25 plus miles. and suggestions for something more comfortable but still sits low and looks good. I want another solo seat, and I dont do many long trips often.
Good luck!
I posted a similar seat question a few days ago. Only one hit. I'd help if I could, but I'm trying to figure it out too. Hard to find pics of them on the bike.
Posted the same on Superdog's other thread just this morning..
You could get yours reworked in the materials, stitching and filling of your choice perhaps, if you have a decent upholsterer near you? As already touched upon...Buying a seat off the shelf can be a gamble as you don't really know what you're getting until you put your butt on it and go for a longer ride. I bought a base and got a local company to build the seat with the density of foam and gel insert of my choice, that way it could be easily tweaked for my fat **** should the need have arisen.
