Do you have LEDs on all four signals or just the rear? Do you have a signal stabilizer in the circuit? Do you have a run/stop/turn module in the rear light circuit?

Quick test, switch the rear turn signal bulbs.... if the problem changes sides with the bulb switch, then the problem is that rear bulb...

If it doesn't switch with the bulb, and you have the signal stabilizer or run/stop/turn module, I would then suspect one of them. Take them, one at a time, out of the circuit and see if it goes back to normal operation.... if you remove one of those items from the circuit, and everything works properly, then the item you removed is bad and needs replacing..

Note: the turn signals will hyper flash when you remove the signal stabilizer, but that's normal for LED turn signals without the stabilizer...
